First and foremost, clients work with their doctors and medical teams to determine the best medical treatments for their conditions.

Our mission with health and wellness coaching is to help people cope with these emotions and explore ways to support them on this challenging journey in life. We work with clients on a journey of self-discovery, finding ways to manage symptoms and cope with their illness while navigating the complexities of their medical care. Where we can work with clients to develop health and wellness strategies and activities like relaxation and meditation and increased lifestyle factors like activity to better cope with the psychological factors related to having a chronic disease. We support the use of healing the body and spirit and believe with clients that recovery is possible. We use a motivational and cognitive behavioral approach one of the most effective approaches in the world to help clients discover the power of identifying, challenging, and replacing any negative thoughts and unhealthy behaviors.
